The role:

We are actively seeking a Social Media Marketing Manager (B2 B) who will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive social media strategies tailored to our B2 B audience, with a keen emphasis on corporate channels. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in creating engaging content, managing campaigns, and analysing performance metrics. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of B2 B marketing trends, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving business results through social media channels, particularly in growing organic reach.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Strategy Development

Develop and implement a B2 B-focused social media strategy with a specific emphasis on our corporate channels.
Identify key social media channels and platforms to reach target B2 B audiences effectively, focusing on organic growth.

Content Creation and Management

Create compelling and industry-relevant content for various social media platforms, with an emphasis on organic reach and engagement.
Collaborate with internal teams to gather content and ensure consistency in messaging.
Manage the social media content calendar to maintain a consistent and engaging online presence.

Campaign Management

Plan and execute B2 B-focused social media campaigns to generate leads and increase brand visibility.
Utilise advertising and sponsored content to target specific B2 B audiences while fostering organic growth.
Monitor and optimise campaign performance through analytics tools.

Community Engagement

Foster relationships with key influencers and industry stakeholders in the B2 B space.
Actively engage with the B2 B community through comments, messages, and discussions.
Encourage user-generated content and advocate for brand loyalty through community building.

Analytics and Reporting

Track and analyse social media metrics, providing regular reports on performance and recommendations for improvement.
Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and enhance the impact of social media efforts.

Skills and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience (6+ years) in B2 B social media marketing, with a specific emphasis on organic growth.
Strong understanding of B2 B marketing trends and social media best practices.
Proficient in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
