Role Overview:
As a Sales Specialist, you’ll act as a strategic partner to advertisers, guiding them through digital advertising solutions, optimizing campaign performance, and ensuring long-term client satisfaction. Your role is central to helping brands reach their goals through innovative online marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities: Consult with business clients to identify advertising needs and tailor campaign strategies
Support clients via email, chat, and video to deliver clear, results-oriented recommendations
Monitor campaign performance and suggest improvements based on data and KPIs
Educate advertisers on platform tools, best practices, and updates
Build strong, trust-based relationships by offering ongoing strategic guidance
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign implementation
Share feedback to improve client experience and campaign success
Qualifications: Fluent in Dutch (C2 level) Fluent in English (C1 level) Minimum of one year of experience in Sales or/and Marketing EU Citizenship or Portuguese Residency Card Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills Passionate about marketing, technology, and online advertising Eager to learn and grow within the industry
