We are currently seeking for passionate and experienced Assistant Head Waiter, to join the team of Pestana Hotel Group of the Pestana Vila Sol Hotel;
The Pestana Hotel Group is the largest Portuguese hotel group with more than 100 hotels in 16 countries across three continents.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervising and managing restaurant staff.
- Welcoming and assisting guests and patrons, catering to their every need.
- Building a network of vendors.
- Taking care of inventory, as well as inspecting both the dining area and the equipment in use.
Key Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in the Food and Beverages field, as well as experience in a fine-dining setting and supervising and management.
- Knowledgeable in English language (verbal and written)
- Available to work in different schedules
- Guest Oriented
- Quality Oriented
- Team person
