We are looking for someone to help us grow in Portugal, in a team of commercial assistants for a prestigious client in the fashion sector!

Role Description:

Assist Customers from a big fashion brand group who require assistance by chat or email with questions related with online shopping.

REQUIREMENTS

Computer literacy;
Customer orientation;
Formal and polished language;
Motivation, dynamism, and proactivity;
Previous experience in a call center (valued);
Native or near native level Norwegian (mandatory);
Knowledge of English (valued).
