About the Location and the Department The position will be located at Lisbon office which is in the Alcântara neighbourhood.
You will join our Lisbon team and you will coordinate all arrangements required by our customers for port calls entering the designated area.
Who You Are We are looking for a positive, service minded and flexible person.
You like to organize and administrate the port calls of our customers and be the contact person for the port authorities, principals, suppliers, and all other related companies.
Required Experience and Skills Fluent English – both written and spoken.
Ability to work independently.
Good team spirit.
Able to meet deadlines through good time management and allocation of priorities.
Computer literate.
Ability and aptitude to learn is a must – training can be provided to bring the candidate up to speed with the requisite knowledge to perform the job.
