Job Description:

We are now looking for a PMO Business Process Manager to onboard our GBS in Lisbon.

Responsibilities - your mission:

Project planning

Identify, agree and coordinate the project interfaces

Prepare a project profile and agree service levels with the ordering departments / customers

Prepare and support detailed project workload estimations and project descriptions

Plan and control the order management of project suppliers

Prepare a detailed budget planning for projects

Build and maintain project roadmap for dedicated business area (domain) in close cooperation with domain manager

Establish and monitor overview

Initiate and facilitate status reviews and necessary decision making

Implement and maintain governance to follow up on roadmap activities

Consolidate status and progress and share transparently with stakeholders

Concept development for procedures / processes / industrialization

Ensure a global agreement on process/procedural requirements with overall project interfaces

Perform economic efficiency evaluations of projects

Project implementation

Ensure the integration planning of projects into existing processes/procedures/current production

Represent the project vis-à-vis the next higher project reporting level

Project reporting / controlling

Present and document the subproject status for quality, costs and deadlines

Identify the subproject risks and introduce measures for risk minimization

Establish and moderate work progress meetings

Ensure the cost tracking of the project

Support in aggregating or analyzing data to derive strategic or operative decisions

Expert advice

Advice on project interfaces concerning specific global interrelations of processes, procedures or production

Agreement with cross-functional interfaces on different hierarchical levels and with partly different interests

Within the scope of a subproject, problem solutions, services or serialization of procedures, processes or workflows including project documentation

Requirements - our ideal candidate will have:

A diploma/bachelor degree in business administration, engineering or several years of professional experience in consulting, project management or comparable qualification 

Strong project management knowledge (classic and agile), preferably with certification (e.g., IPMA, PMI, PRINCE2).

Proven experience in improving processes and interfaces across different stakeholders (value stream mapping, lean methodology,...)

Familiarity with process management software (e.g. signavio, ARIS, BIC, MEGA/Hopex, symbio or any other) would be a plus

High resilience and assertiveness, as well as high team & communication skills.

Business fluent in English (German desirable)

Basic knowledge in SAP SD is good to have

Experience in G Suite
