What You’ll Do:

✔ Handle

customer inquiries efficiently

across different channels within the given timescales.
✔ Develop and maintain

in-depth technical knowledge

of the products and services.
✔ Manage and log all calls accurately following company procedures.
✔ Handle correspondence as required/requested.
✔ Update job-related administrative forms and documentation.
✔ Recognize when to escalate complex queries to another department or senior staff.
What You Need:

Fluent Hebrew & English

(written & spoken).
Strong problem-solving and

customer service skills.
Experience in

tech support or gaming-related roles

is a plus!
Ability to

work independently

while collaborating with a global team.
