JOB DESCRIPTION: Tasks: As a Customer Service Representative, together with your colleagues, you will provide warm, friendly and personal customer service to customers by e-mail, chat or phone in Hebrew language.

Placing orders from customers on the online shopping website.

Assistance with concerns regarding payment transactions and shipping.

Support the customers before, during and after purchase.

Look proactively and with the help of the team, to improve the customer experience at each interaction.

Requirements: Required fluent knowledge of Hebrew language (level B2 and more).

High communication skills.
