The Opportunity
You will work in an

What will you do?
You will be responsible for the provision of technical and administrative services to the client, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
Provide technical support to account executives;
Treatment of documentation (insurers and clients);
Prepare and update statistical maps;
Develop technical knowledge;
Point of contact between client area, our clients and insurers.
Qualifications

What You’ll Bring
Graduates in management/economics/ or other.
Analytical skills and customer orientation.
Insurance experience and/or brokerage insurance firms experience.
Good knowledge of English.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
