About the Role
We’re looking for a Business Analyst to support a vital internal tool used for managing user access and profile configurations across multiple systems and services. This role focuses on maintaining data integrity, ensuring compliance, and optimizing user onboarding/offboarding processes within a high-volume, multi-stakeholder environment. You’ll be a key player in driving operational excellence, helping teams navigate and adapt to organizational changes while safeguarding security best practices.
What You’ll Do
- Create, update, and deactivate user profiles and access configurations within the request management platform.
- Implement profile updates following internal reorganizations and structural changes.
- Ensure business profile alignment with internal policies and compliance frameworks.
- Maintain critical repositories, including shared directories, application catalogs, email inboxes, and functional access points.
- Act as a liaison between IT and business stakeholders, gathering and clarifying requirements for system changes.
- Participate in troubleshooting, quality control, and improvement initiatives across the access management process.
What We’re Looking For
- Advanced Excel skills (including VLOOKUP and data reconciliation techniques).
- Experience with Service Now (as an advanced user or functional administrator).
- Strong understanding of information security and access control best practices.
- Fluency in French (spoken and written) – essential for stakeholder communication and documentation.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate across diverse teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to high-quality standards.
- Comfortable working autonomously and managing time efficiently in a remote-friendly setup (Teams, shared tools, etc.).
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with Active Directory structures and permissions.
- Understanding of legal implications around shared directories and data governance.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
